These Terms govern your use of TeacherFrame (the "Service"), operated for a United States and international audience. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
TeacherFrame provides AI tools that help parents and educators create learning materials — worksheets, quizzes, practice sets, flashcards and similar — for children's home learning. The Service builds practice; it does not provide answers to a child's assigned homework. TeacherFrame is not a school, is not a regulated education provider, and makes no curriculum-alignment or accreditation claims.
The Service is directed to and intended for adults aged 18 or older — parents, guardians, tutors and educators. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18. The Service is not directed to children: children do not create accounts and do not use the Service directly. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
The Free plan includes 5 generations per month (the counter resets on the 1st of each month) at no cost and with no time limit. We may change the terms of the Free plan with prior notice.
Paid plans (Parent, Educator) are billed yearly in US dollars through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We offer a 7-day refund. The Educator plan is intended for non-regulated settings (homes, learning pods, microschools), not regulated schools.
Fair use: AI generation is designed to cover normal preparation needs. To keep the Service fast and reliable for everyone, we may temporarily limit, pause or (after notice) end access for accounts that place extreme, disproportionate load on the system. We will always contact you first to find a solution.
You create materials for your child; your child does not need and cannot create an account. To keep child data minimal, enter only what a generator needs — we recommend a first name only (or a nickname) and the child's age range. Please do not enter a child's full name, home address, school, photograph or other identifying details. The Service is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Materials generated by AI are provided for your personal and educational use. AI can be wrong — always review materials for accuracy before use. We are not liable for factual inaccuracies in generated content.
The Service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We will announce planned downtime by email where practical.
